Archived — Government of Canada Invests $100,000 to Refurbish Sault Public Library
The Centennial Library in Sault Ste. Marie will be modernized thanks to a Canada 150 Community Infrastructure Program (CIP 150) investment. The funding will assist with new carpeting in the main library space on the second level and with renovations to the washrooms located on first level to make them wheelchair accessible. The CIP 150 funding, delivered in Northern Ontario through FedNor, is part of the Government of Canada’s coordinated approach to mark the 150th anniversary of Confederation.
